Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Sheet metal Design Engineer job in Pune Bhosari . Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Designing and Sheet metal Design experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification Diploma / BE Mechanical. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry. Candidate Must be staying location in pune, out of pune candiate will be not accepted by company
Responsibility:
1.Strong experience in sheet metal product design with a solid mechanical design background
2.Skilled in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for creating detailed 2D and 3D sheet metal models
3.Able to design enclosures, panels, brackets, frames, cabinets and fabrication parts
4.Good understanding of sheet metal processes like bending, punching, welding and laser cutting
5.Experienced in preparing BOM, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings and GA layouts
6.Able to improve designs for better manufacturability and cost efficiency
7.Coordinate with production, quality and fabrication teams to resolve design issues
8.Knowledge of GD&T, tolerances and standard manufacturing practices
9.Capable of handling customer requirements and project-based design changes
10.Ensures accuracy, timely completion of drawings and proper documentation
